Very few Kaizer Chiefs supporters will agree with this, but Pablo Franco Martin believes Usuthu were superior over Amakhosi.

DSTV PREMIERSHIP: KAIZER CHIEFS 3-0 AMAZULU
Visiting Amakhosi for a league battle on Saturday night, the Durban giants fell to a 3-0 defeat, courtesy of goals from Pule Mmodi (x2) and Edson Castillo.
Speaking to the media after the game, Usuthu’s Spanish coach, Martin, felt that his side dominated everything but the goal statistics.
“I think today for anyone who didn’t watch this game is going to think that we are done and that AmaZulu are a bad team,” Martin told journalists at the post-match conference.

“But I think today, during many minutes of the game, we were superior to the opponents. We created too many clear goal-scoring chances to at least have a possibility to be in the game and to fight for the points till the end.
“Unlikely, we are lacking accuracy, and with that, it’s impossible to win games,” Martin added.

MOLEFI NTSEKI PRAISES PULE MMODI AND TEBOHO POTSANE
Meanwhile, Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki has applauded Mmodi and Potsane for standout performances.
“I think we brought Pule Mmodi with a very clear understanding that he’s a quality player,” said Ntseki, as quoted by FARPost.
“We always say this when it comes to players coming from other teams: Kaizer Chiefs is a different beast,” Ntseki added.
“The most important thing is for us to settle, and with him having scored two goals, I think it will help him.
“Also, if you look at [Tebogo] Potsane assisting in the two goals, it settles our front three in terms of the contribution they had to make to the team.
“We’ve been solid in defence and also in the midfield, but we needed more of aggression in the last third.
“I think Pule Mmodi raised up his hand, and everything fell into place, then he managed to score the goals.
“To all the players, this is a moral booster for them going forward. Yes, we can score goals, which is very important,” the Chiefs tactician concluded.
