Kaizer Chiefs have their sites set on an international player. Lets take a look at Amakhosi managements latest target.

Mohamed Hussein is the latest player being targeted by Amakhosi management.

The Tanzanian has been a target for while but it appears Chiefs have renewed interest in the Simba SC defender.

CHIEFS LOOKING TO LURE TANZANIAN TO NATURENA

Mohamed Hussein is the latest player in Amakhosi’s books.

With S’fiso Hlanti and Edmilson Dove the only options at left back. Furthermore, Dove has missed the start of the DStv Premiership with injury. So, Amakhosi management require depth in this position.

They had their sites set on Hussein earlier in the season but decided to rest their quarrels on Happy Mashiane as back up.

“They wanted him at the start of the off season but they put it on hold because they thought they will work with Hlanti and Happy Mashiane in that position and have Dove as cover,” the insider stated on SoccerLaduma.

However, since then they have backtracked on Mashiane and now they are looking to add depth in this position.

“The team has noticed how they have started the season and they feel they still need an experienced left back in case there are injuries and suspensions,” he added.

AMAKHOSI MANAGEMENT NOT DONE WITH TRANSFER BUSINESS

Hussein is their latest target. Moreover, there are a couple of departures on the cards. Mashiane spot is in trouple with Amakhosi management opting against using him and looking for a left back.

Furthermore, the likes of Kamohelo Mahlatsi, George Matlou and Bruce Bvuma are all yet to feature under Molefi Ntseki.
