Kaizer Chiefs could sweeten the proposed Sibongiseni Mthethwa deal by offering an academy graduate who’s struggling for game time.

As reported on The South African website on Sunday, Amakhosi have submitted a bid to sign Mthethwa from Stellenbosch FC before Friday.

Now, aaccording to UnplayableZA, Chiefs are willing to offer Stellies cash and a player reported to be Happy Mashiane.

MASHIANE HAS FALLEN DOWN THE PECKING ORDER AT KAIZER CHIEFS

Mashiane has fallen down the pecking order at Chiefs since that CAF Champions League final against Al Ahly in 2021.

Chiefs lost that final 3-0 to Al Ahly with Mashiane receiving a red card in the first half. Since then, he has never been the same.

Should he sign for Stellenbosch FC, Mashiane will become the 10th player to leave in this transfer window.
