One of Kaizer Chiefs best players has just been called up for international duty having been in top form for Amakhosi this season.
Edson Castillo has been called up to the Venezuelan national team for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
His four goals across all competitions and his overall innovation in the Amakhosi jersey earned him this call up.
CHIEFS MIDFIELDER CASTILLO CALLED UP
Castillo has been arguably, if not, one of the best Amakhosi signings made this season.
Now, he has been called as a replacement for Jesus Bueno.
Bueno was withdrawn from the squad as a result of injury.
Thus, opening the door for Amakhosi midfielder Castillo.
