The DStv Premiership fixture between Kaizer Chiefs and Royal AM at the FNB Stadium has been rescheduled to kick off at 17:30.
The match was originally set for a 20:00 kick-off, but the Chiefs have changed for an earlier kick-off on Saturday.
“DStv Premiership Fixture Change. Please note that the DSTV Premiership Fixture between KCFC vs RAMFC which was scheduled to kick off on Saturday, 16 September 2023 at 20:00 at FNB Stadium has been changed to 17h30,” read a tweet from Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday.
Amakhosi come into the match having won back-to-back league matches for the first time this season, Before the international break, Molefi Ntseki drew 1-1 against Mamelodi Sundowns in the first leg of the MTN8 semi-final.

On Saturday, Chiefs face a side that has troubled them ever since they made way into the DStv Premiership.
Amakhosi midfielder George Matlou is looking forward to Saturday’s clash and hopes to feature having used mostly as a substitude this season.
“I have been working hard at training, so I am just hoping for the best and waiting for my opportunity to come. The coach saw something in me. Even the few minutes that I have played, I think I have contributed well to the games we won, so it’s good,” he was quoted on Kaizer Chiefs website.
Whether starting or coming off the bench, Matlou will be keen to deploy his exceptional skills to try to unlock the Royal AM defence when the teams meet on Saturday in The DStv Premiership at FNB stadium.
Matlou said Royal AM were a good team and should not be underestimated.
“We are looking forward to the game, though. Our preparations have been going well and the players are sharp so we are looking for a positive result.”
Kaizer Chiefs are fifth in the log standings but a win could see them climb to second.
