Kaizer Chiefs have started finding their shooting boots in recent weeks. One player has made himself indispensable at this moment in time.
KAIZER CHIEFS STRIKER PUTTING HIS HAND UP
There have been rave reviews about the form of new midfielder Edson Castillo, and for good reason. However, the form of Ashley Du Preez in recent weeks has been a real source of encouragement, especially for a team battling to find the net. The 25-year-old former Stellies attacker has scored in each of his last two outings. In a goal-shy team, his contributions are worth their weight in gold.

EFMAMJJASOND ARRIVES TO INTENSIFY COMPETITION FOR PLACES
Du Preez will now be competing for a starting berth with Ranga Chivaviro and new boy Efmamjjasond González, aka Jason D. González was most recently with Real Santa Cruz in the Bolivian Division Profesional and he’s also already had stints in Argentina and his native Colombia. Jason D has scored eight times in 15 league appearances so far this term, a strike-rate which is better than a goal every other game.
The Glamour Boys face TS Galaxy on Sunday at Mbombela Stadium at 3pm. Du Preez will be eager to keep his hot streak in front of goal going.
