Angry Kaizer Chiefs fans threw objects at Molefi Ntseki after their team suffered a 1-0 loss to TS Galaxy at the Mbombela Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Amakhosi suffered a second successive loss in the DStv Premiership following a 2-1 defeat against Mamelodi Sundowns two weeks ago. Thousand of fans flocked in to watch their Ntseki’s side play Galaxy but were disappointed after the Soweto Giants displayed one of their worst performance of the season so far.
After the final whistle, Chiefs fans made their frustration known by throwing missiles at Ntseki as he was walking down the tunnel. The coach had to be escorted by police and security personnel.
NTSEKI FEELING THE HEAT ALREADY
Ntseki told SuperSport TV after the match that Chiefs were not sharp enough to contest with Galaxy.
“Very disappointed with the loss. But I can attribute it to a few things,” Ntseki said.
“We did not look as sharp as we were supposed to be. We were second in almost everything.
