A further report added that Fleurs, who has 72 appearances and two goals in the topflight, was under assessment with the hopes of convincing Molefi Ntseki.
MOLEFI NTSEKI CONFIRMS REPORTS
Meanwhile, the former Bafana Bafana tactician has verified the reports, adding that a decision is looming.
“He’s been doing very well,” Ntseki said via iDiskiTimes.
“The reason why we’ve brought him in just to work closer with him was to do a proper assessment, a proper profiling of Luke because he’s a quality player.
“I think that process is still going very well. Sooner we will be able to get in touch with him and his representatives and then a decision will be made.
“He’s still with us,” the Amakhosi boss concluded.

CHIEFS’ CENTRAL DEFENCE
Does the Fleurs assessment make sense? Well, yes. Modern football squads each have five options in central defence. Amakhosi currently have four: Given Msimango, Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, Njabulo Ngcobo and Zitha Kwinika.
