South African coach Pitso Mosimane has spelt out what his Al Wahda FC must get right against Shabal Al-Ahli in Dubai on Friday.
Mosimane said this ahead of the meeting with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Pro League holders Shabal Al-Ahli.
The eight-time champions host Al Wahda on September 29 2023 at 6:00pm.
The crunch battle of Dubai is penciled for Rashid Stadium, a multipurpose facility.

FORMER MAMELODI SUNDOWNS MENTOR AWARE OF CHALLENGE
The former Mamelodi Sundowns mentor is aware of the challenge, reports Al Wahda FC Facebook page.
“We will face an opponent who showed great quality last season. And this season, they have confirmed this in the last continental game,” the Mzansi legend is quoted saying.
“Al-Ahli are a balanced team on all lines and strong in attack. We have to deal with the opponent’s strengths and exploit their weaknesses.”
Al Wahda have won back-to-back league games. The latest being a 1-0 victory over Hatta FC last Sunday.

The team for the former SuperSport United handler lies fifth on the 14-member log table.
Mosimane’s charges have six points from three games after losing once and winning twice.
Now, the ex-Al Ahly boss must lead Al Wahda when facing the in-form Shabal Al-Ahli.
The defending champions have posted three straight wins in the league this far.
Shabal Al-Ahli have nine points, at par with early pacesetters, Al Ain.
Actually, Shabal Al-Ahli and Al Ain are among the three teams yet to lose in the league this far.
The other unbeaten club in the league this season is third-placed Al Wasl.
