PSL striker Ishmael Wadi has predicted that former Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat would recapture his form.
The JDR Stars forward Wadi made the prediction regarding the Chiefs outcast, Billiat, in an interview with ilovekaizerchiefs.com.
“That one [Billiat] is a good player. He still is. I think he is just waiting for the right team to join,” the Zimbabwean Wadi said.

WHY BILLIAT STRUGGLED AT CHIEFS?
So, what does the Motsepe Foundation top scorer make of his compatriot’s struggles after joining the Glamour Boys from Mamelodi Sundowns?
“I think he didn’t just click at Kaizer Chiefs, but he will bounce back to his very best,” Wadi insisted.
The Stellenbosch FC target has since resumed training with JDR Stars after recovering from an injury.
“It is indeed true that I was injured but it was not that serious,” he said.

UPDATE ON THE EX-WARRIORS PLAYER
Godfrey ‘Vokal’ Bakasa, who represents Billiat, recently gave an update on the next move for his client.
Bakasa told this publication that the ex-Sundowns winger is closing in on a new team.
He said the former Warriors player is still in South Africa and training on his own.
“He is still in South Africa. He has a house in South Africa and he is a citizen of South Africa,” he said.
Vokal, however, fell short of giving a clue on Billiat’s next port of call.
“He is very fine and is keeping fit by training on his own,” Bakasa said.
It remains unclear whether Billiat will remain in South Africa.
“Very soon he should join a new team. We are just sorting out a few things,” Bakasa added.

EX-SUNDOWNS WINGER’S SURPRISE MOVE
The Harare-born winger took many by surprise when he decided against renewing his contract with Chiefs.
The Zimbabwean has since maintained a low-key profile prompting speculation about his next move.
Billiat established himself in the PSL after starring for Ajax Cape Town then at Sundowns.
He, however, never lived up to expectations when he switched to Chiefs largely due to injuries.
